The Fika means..
Fika, in its most basic sense, is a moment of calm and relaxation by taking a break from the daily hustle and bustle with a cup of coffee and sweet snacks. In Swedish culture, Fika takes place as a ritual practiced 3-5 times a day as 15-minute breaks, either alone or with friends, accompanied by a sweet snack.
Ritual
One of the reasons that makes Fika so special is that it is done ritually. When grandparents take their young children to their first Fika as a child, it's a memory that almost every Scandinavian will enjoy telling you about. However, in our culture, drinking Turkish Coffee is performed as a morning ritual and is a growth element as it is a beverage that adults will drink.

Snacks
One of the reasons that makes Fika so sweet is the preferred Fika accompaniment snacks. Especially with desserts such as kanelbullar (Cinnamon Bun), Kladdkaka and Semla, a sweet break is given to the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Work
It has been discovered that while working out of the office, the environment you are in is simple and elegant, and short breaks increase productivity as a result of the work done. However, it is generally preferred to choose a fika point as a meeting point both between work breaks and at the end of work.
